The terms that apply when you use this website or hire TechArizon for a project. Please read them before placing an order.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by TechArizon Ltd. (“TechArizon”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order with us, you agree to them.
We provide website design and development (WordPress, Elementor, Shopify and custom code), SEO, social media marketing and ads, graphic design, app development, GoHighLevel setup and AI automation. The exact work for your project is described in your quote or order.
Every project starts with an agreed scope, price and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. Orders placed through Fiverr are also governed by Fiverr’s Terms of Service; if the two conflict for a Fiverr order, Fiverr’s terms apply.
Payment terms are set out in your quote or Fiverr order. Work begins once the agreed payment or deposit has been received.
Your order includes the revisions stated in the quote or Fiverr package. Further changes, or changes to an approved design, may be quoted separately.
Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays in receiving content, access or feedback can move the delivery date. We will keep you updated if anything changes.
Each project includes 30 days of support after launch for fixes to the work we delivered. Support, updates or new work after that period are quoted separately.
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain under their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your site may rely on hosting, plugins, payment gateways and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or pricing, but we are happy to help you choose reliable options.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to your agreement with us. For Fiverr orders, Fiverr’s cancellation and refund rules apply.
We build and test every project carefully, but we cannot guarantee that a website will be free from every error or interruption, or guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
